1. "True Lies" (1994)

His wife Helen, totally clueless about his real job, thinks he's a boring computer salesman. When Harry suspects Helen of having an affair, he uses his spy gadgets to snoop. Turns out, she's been lured into a faux spy mission by a conman. Harry rescues her, reveals his real identity, and they team up to stop a terrorist plot to nuke the U.S.


2. "A Fish Called Wanda" (1988)

A group of diamond thieves double-cross each other to find stolen diamonds hidden in a safe deposit box. Wanda, part of the gang, tries to seduce the barrister, Archie, defending her lover George, who knows the loot's location.

Amidst betrayals and mistaken identities, Wanda and Archie fall for each other. Oh, and a fish literally becomes a murder weapon.


3. "Trading Places" (1983)

"Trading Places" gives us the answer. Randolph and Mortimer, two filthy-rich brothers, make a bet to switch the lives of Billy Ray, a street-smart conman, and Louis, an uptight commodities broker, just to see what happens.

They manipulate their careers, freeze their bank accounts, and even set them up for crimes they didn't commit. In the end, Billy Ray and Louis catch wind of the bet and turn the tables.


4. "My Girl" (1991)

Vada's dad, Harry, runs a funeral home, and he starts dating Shelly, a makeup artist for the deceased. The kids go through the trials of preadolescence, including their first kiss (aww). Tragically, Thomas dies from a bee sting while looking for Vada's lost mood ring.


5. "Blue Steel" (1990)

Megan Turner, a rookie NYPD officer, shoots a robber on her first night but is suspended because no gun is found at the scene. Unbeknownst to her, Eugene, a Wall Street trader at the store, took the gun and becomes obsessed with her. He goes on a killing spree, leaving Megan's name at each crime scene.


6. "The Tailor of Panama" (2001)

The Brits and Americans nearly invade Panama before realizing they've been duped. Harry fesses up but cleverly pins the fake revolution on the recently deceased.


7. "Drowning Mona" (2000)

Mona Dearly, a universally hated woman in a small town, drives her son's car into a river and drowns. The police chief, Wyatt, suspects foul play and interrogates everyone. And guess what? Almost everyone had a motive. Turns out, Mona's son Jeff and his girlfriend Ellen tampered with the brakes to kill Ellen's father but ended up offing Mona instead.


8. "Virus" (1999)

Sounds like a treasure find, right? Well, you couldn't be more wrong. An alien life-form has taken over the ship's computers and is building cyborgs to wipe out humanity.

They fight tooth and nail to stop the mechanical monsters, blowing up the ship in a last-ditch attempt. In a final showdown, they face off with the alien's mainframe and manage to send it to the bottom of the ocean.


9. "Forever Young" (1992)

Something goes wrong, and he wakes up in 1992, unchanged. He befriends a young boy, Nat, and his single mom, Claire. He learns that his girlfriend woke up, got married, and had kids. But then things get complicated: his body starts rapidly aging.

In the end, he has to decide between going back into the chamber or living his remaining days in the present.


10. "The Fog" (1980)

A hundred years ago, the town's founders set their ship ablaze to prevent a leper colony from forming. The ghosts start killing descendants of those founders, taking six lives to replace the six who conspired against them.
