Unlike musicals, dance-based projects have almost no haters. Such shows are usually about motivation and dancing your way out of any difficult life situation, be it a poor background or a broken heart.
Unfortunately, K-dramaland doesn't have a huge library of shows about dancing. However, for a true fan of the genre, there are some intriguing titles to check out.
Imitation (2021)

If you're looking for a story about a dance challenge, you're in luck. Just Dance follows six all-girl high school students who give their all to practice and win a dancesport competition. Swing Kids is a movie, not a show, but it's a perfect fit for the subject of this article. The story follows a tap dance team that is formed in a prisoner of war camp during the Korean War in 1951. There are lots of amazing dancing scenes in it as well as superb characters.
