The king of the mid-Joseon period places a clown who is his look-alike on the throne to escape assassination attempts. But as the clown settles into his new role, even the king's enemies must admit that he is a much better ruler.
A Time Called You (2023)
Not exactly the switch-place trope, but an interesting take on doppelgangers, the drama tells of a woman grieving the recent death of her boyfriend who suddenly travels 25 years back in time. There she discovers herself in the body of a high school student, a classmate of a boy who looks exactly like her deceased partner.
