Season 1 ended with Murderbot — a self-hacking security construct that finds human emotion revolting and human clients weirdly compelling — leaving the people it had bonded with. Readers of Martha Wells' novellas know what comes next: a research transport vessel with an enormous personality and an unprintable self-chosen name.
Apple hasn't said who's voicing it. Half the names on that list would be plausible. Sykes and Oswalt are the popular guesses, and Michael Sheen is right there being Michael Sheen.
Tramell Tillman going from Mr. Milchick on Severance to a Murderbot guest arc is Apple TV building a repertory company in plain sight.
